Hyeon-Ju is an executive coach and facilitator based in Los Angeles and elevating the work of leaders around the globe. A native Bostonian, Jennifer lives in sunny Los Angeles with her husband and two teens and plays competitive league tennis as much as she can. She is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute and holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation. in Mechanical Engineering from M.I.T., and an MBA from the Wharton School. She also is currently designing and piloting an AAPI women’s circle for Meta. and is a Guide & facilitator at, a private network for senior women executives. Since 2015 Jennifer has co-facilitated Women LEAD, a senior women’s leadership program at Meta, Inc. Jennifer is committed to bringing a diversity, equity and inclusion lens to her coaching to help leaders build teams and cultures that foster trust, inclusivity, and psychological safety.
